• Salad Anar Pomegranate and cucumber salad with sumac & molasses dressing

• Mirza Ghasemi Charred aubergines, tomatoes & garlicky scrambled egg dip 
• Dolme Barg-e Mo Stuffed grape leaves slow cooked in organic red wine vinegar & date molasses

Main

Main course will be served the traditional way

• Albaloo Polo ba Morgh A majestic Persian dish of Sour cherries & Saffron rice, pistachios & almonds Served with roasted saffron & orange chicken
